 BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a significant development, 10 BJP MLAs including CM Pema Khandu and Chowna Mein won unopposed out of 60 Vidhan Sabha seats of Arunachal Pradesh on March 30, Saturday.

Moreover, BJP Arunachal Pradesh took it to their X handle and posted "Ashok Singhal, Minister and Incharge of Parliamentary Elections congratulated CM Pema Khandu and DCM Chowna Mein for the start of the unopposed victory of 10 out of 60 MLAs in the state. He said it reflects the Modi Ki Guarantee and the unwavering support and faith of the people of Arunachal Pradesh in the leadership of PM Narendra Modi and CM Pema Khandu."

Furthermore, CM Pema Khandu secured his victory in the Mukto constituency and Deputy CM Chowna Mein won the Chowkham constituency of Arunachal Pradesh.
