BY A STAFF REPORTER: As the Prime Minister inaugurated multiple developmental projects for Jammu & Kashmir, he criticized Article 370 for halting the development in the region on 20th February, Tuesday. 

While addressing a gathering on the occasion of laying the foundation stone of various developmental projects in Jammu, PM Modi stated that Article 370 was the biggest obstacle in J&K's development. He further emphasized that the BJP-led central government contributed to the abrogation of Article 370. PM Modi mentioned that the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir is progressing subsequently. Furthermore, PM Modi urged the people of J&K to make BJP win 370 seats and NDA 400 seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. 

PM Narendra Modi today visited Jammu and inaugurated multiple developmental projects in the sectors of education, railways, aviation, petroleum, and civic infrastructure worth Rs. 32,247 crores.
