BY A STAFF REPORTER: Days after Congress' manifesto release, BJP National President JP Nadda on Monday took a jibe at the Congress for alleged appeasement politics and remarked that their manifesto is inspired by the Muslim League.

JP Nadda claimed that Congress is not leaving appeasement politics. Nadda also accused Congress of dividing the nation based on caste and appeasement politics. He stated that Congress doesn't leave appeasement politics despite being rejected repeatedly. Moreover, he stated that Congress' manifesto surprised him as it seemed like the Muslim League's manifesto.

The Congress released its manifesto for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections on April 5. The manifesto came with five guarantees which included increasing the 50% cap on reservations, implementation of MSP, action in Manipur, monetary benefits to poverty-stricken families, and others.
