Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury Invites Varun Gandhi To Join Congress

BY A STAFF REPORTER: As BJP drops Varun Gandhi from Pilibhit Constituency, Congress MP Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury invited Varun Gandhi to Congress on March 26, Tuesday.

Furthermore, Chowdhury accused the BJP of dropping Varun Gandhi as he belongs to the Nehru-Gandhi family. He also stated Varun Gandhi is an educated man and has a clean image therefore Congress would be happy to welcome him.

BJP released the 5th list of candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections on March 24, Sunday. A close aide of Rahul Gandhi, Jitin Prasada switched to the BJP. Subsequently, Varun Gandhi was replaced by Jitin Prasada from the Pilibhit Constituency. However, his mother Maneka Gandhi received a ticket for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections from the BJP and will contest from the Sultanpur constituency.
