BY A STAFF REPORTER: Amid the Lok Sabha elections, Delhi Minister Gopal Rai and AAP National Secretary Pankaj Gupta inaugurated the 'AAP war room' at party headquarters in New Delhi on April 27, Saturday.
After the Inauguration, Gopal Rai stated "Today this war room has been launched to take forward the Lok Sabha campaign with full pace. AAP candidates are fighting on 4 seats in Delhi- East Delhi, West Delhi, South Delhi, and New Delhi Lok Sabha. In the first phase, we began a door-to-door campaign on all four Lok Sabha seats; Sankalp Sabha is underway across Delhi in the second phase; from today onwards, our third phase of the campaign has begun through a roadshow of Sunita Kejriwal, which will be held. To monitor the entire election activity closely, this war room has been set up in which there are a total of 12 sections."
The Rouse Avenue Court on Tuesday extended Arvind Kejriwal's judicial remand till May 7. He was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in the Delhi excise policy case on March 21, Thursday.
