BJP's IT Cell Convener Amit Malviya shared a video of TMC MLA Asit Majumdar speaking to media persons and calling Locket Chatterjee a 'two number maal'.
Amit Malviya took a dig at CM Mamata Banerjee and stated "Mamata Banerjee wants to give five hundred rupees to women of West Bengal and in return pawn their self-respect and dignity to lecherous men in TMC."

He further stressed that such derogatory treatment from TMC leaders to prominent personalities such as Chatterjee, raises serious concerns for the safety and dignity of women across Bengal. The BJP leaders have demanded Asit Majumdar's resignation for his remark and expressed concern over the safety of women BJP leaders.
