100% Dictatorship: TMC MP Derek O'Brien After Detention

Derek O'Brien claimed that the police officials detained them as they were sitting in a peaceful protest before the Election Commission of India. He also alleged that they were driven around the city for one and a half hours.

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Shortly after being detained, TMC MP Derek O'Brien asserted that the party will fight the alleged dictatorship in New Delhi on April 8, Monday. 

Derek O'Brien claimed that the police officials detained them as they were sitting in a peaceful protest before the Election Commission of India. He also alleged that they were driven around the city for one and a half hours. After their protests, they were brought to the Mandir Marg Police Station.

Derek O'Brien stated "We are here to fight. We will carry on our peaceful protest. This is 100% dictatorship but we are from TMC, we will fight this."

TMC leaders Derek O'Brien, Dola Sen, Sagarika Ghose, and others staged a protest before the ECI office in Delhi earlier today. Subsequently, they were detained.
