Shiromani Akali Dal President Serves Langar For Pran-Pratishtha

BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a recent development, Sukhbir Singh Badal, president of Shiromani Akali Dal, served Langar in Amritsar, Punjab to mark the occasion of the Pran-Pratishtha ceremony. 

Badal stated that India is the only country where all people of all faiths live together. He expressed that India's beauty lies in the generosity of people as they celebrate other's happiness as their own. He congratulated devotees all around the world for the successful conclusion of the Pran-Pratishtha ceremony. 

Founded in 1920, the Shiromani Akali Dal is the second oldest party in the country after the Indian National Congress (INC). 

This comes after the successful conclusion of the Pran-Pratishtha ceremony on Monday in Ayodhya. A sea of dignitaries were seen attending the ceremony. Furthermore, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also participated by leading the rituals of the ceremony.
