Sarayu Ghat lit up with Diyas after the Pran-Pratishtha ceremony

BY A STAFF REPORTER: As the Pran-Pratishtha concludes, devotees illuminate Saryu Ghat with diyas to commemorate the successful conclusion of Ram Lalla's Pran-Pratishtha ceremony on Monday in Ayodhya.

Hundreds of diyas were lit near Lord Ram's birthplace. Additionally, Deepotsav is also being performed at the ghat. Moreover, the Sarayu River is considered 'holy' as it holds great importance in the 'Ramayana' epic. The Sarayu River flows through Ayodhya, where Lord Ram was born. Besides, Sarayu's water was used to wash Ram Lalla's idol ceremonially in Teerth Puja.

This comes after the successful conclusion of Lord Ram's Pran-Pratishtha ceremony on Monday 22nd January in Ayodhya.  A sea of prominent dignitaries were seen attending the ceremony. Furthermore, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also participated by leading the rituals of the ceremony
