Ram Is Blessing Us: HS Puri As Indian Stock Market Surpasses Hong Kong

The Indian Stock Market today surpassed Hong Kong for the first time becoming the 4th largest stock market in the world. As of Monday's end, the total value of shares listed on Indian markets was $4.33 trillion, compared to $4.29 trillion for Hong Kong.

BY A STAFF REPORTER: As Indian Stock Market surpasses Hong Kong Stock Market to become the 4th highest equity market globally, Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri on Tuesday expressed happiness and stated that these are a result of Lord Ram's blessings in Yavatmal, Maharashtra. 

Puri stated that India will go beyond this benchmark in the coming years. The Petroleum minister also revealed India may challenge the current projection of becoming a five trillion dollar economy by 2038 as it may be achieved by 2025. He further stated that India will become a 10 trillion dollar economy by 2030. He expressed that Lord Ram is blessing the country.

This comes a day after the Pran-Pratishtha ceremony which took place in Ayodhya's Ram Temple on 22nd January Monday. A sea of dignitaries from all walks of life attended the ceremony as Prime Minister Narendra Modi led the rituals as a 'Yajman'.
