Kalash Yatra Organized In Jaipur Ahead of Pran-Pratishtha

A massive crowd of devotees participated in a Kalash Yatra from Moti Nagar's Dungri Ganesh Temple to Raja Park's Shri Ram Temple in Jaipur, Rajasthan on Sunday dedicated to the Pran-Pratishtha ceremony.

BY A STAFF REPORTER: As we inch closer to the Ram Temple Pran-Pratishtha ceremony, A massive crowd of devotees participated in a Kalash Yatra from Moti Nagar's Dungri Ganesh Temple to Raja Park's Shri Ram Temple in Jaipur, Rajasthan on Sunday dedicated to Pran-Pratishtha ceremony.

A large number of women were also part of the procession. The participants were seen wearing saffron clothes due to which the procession appeared as a saffron-coloured sea. The devotees traveled a distance of six kilometers on foot. Moreover, the Moti Nagar Dungri Ganesh Temple, located near the famous Birla Temple, is dedicated to Lord Ganesha while the Shri Ram Temple is situated in Jaipur's Raja Park area. 

This comes a day before the much-awaited Pran-Pratishtha ceremony. The Ram Temple consecration rituals began on January 16 Tuesday and will continue for seven days. The final ritual will be performed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 22nd January. Over 7,000 dignitaries will attend the grand Pran-Pratishtha ceremony on 22nd January in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
