BY A STAFF REPORTER: As the Pran-Pratishtha event nears, rigorous security has been maintained throughout Temple City to ensure safety for the residents, devotees, and visitors. 

The authorities have taken significant security measures for the forthcoming Pran-Pratishtha event. A Police Help Center has been set up by the Ayodhya police near the temple for visitors. Police patrols have covered the entire city with stringent verification procedures for visitors. Apart from this, the district police are maintaining strict vigilance along with drone surveillance.

As of now, major rituals have been concluded including the parisar pravesh of Lord Ram and the unveiling of the idol. Moreover, the Ram Temple consecration rituals began on January 16 Tuesday, and will continue for seven days. The final ritual will be performed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 22nd January. Over 7,000 dignitaries will attend the grand Pran-Pratishtha ceremony on 22nd January in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
