BY A STAFF REPORTER: As the Ram Temple consecration ceremony nears, devotees across India are reaching Ayodhya to witness the forthcoming 'Pran-Pratishtha' ceremony. Moreover, the city is decked up in a Ramayana theme to welcome all the visitors and make the event memorable.
Prime locations and temples of Ayodhya are filling up with devotees. Moreover, due to the rush, the security in the city is tightened with drone surveillance and rigorous police patrols. Since the Temple is now closed to the general public and will open after the ceremony concludes, devotees would likely stay in the city until they seek the blessings of Lord Ram after 22nd January.

As of now, major rituals have been concluded including the parisar pravesh of Lord Ram and the unveiling of the idol. Moreover, the Ram Temple consecration rituals began on January 16 Tuesday, and will continue for seven days. The final ritual will be performed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 22nd January. Over 7,000 dignitaries will attend the grand Pran-Pratishtha ceremony on 22nd January in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
