VP Jagdeep Dhankhar Hails Maha Kumbh 2025, Praises UP Govt's Arrangements

Prayagraj, UP: Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar described the ongoing Maha Kumbh 2025 as a historic event, highlighting its massive scale and the exceptional arrangements made by the Uttar Pradesh government. Speaking to reporters after his arrival in Prayagraj, Dhankhar expressed his astonishment at the organization of the religious gathering.

He stated that never before in the world had so many people gathered in one place with such excellent arrangements. Expressing his surprise, he remarked that he had never thought an event of this magnitude could be organized so efficiently in India.

The Vice President also acknowledged an unfortunate incident that took place at the event, though he did not specify details. However, he praised the swift response of the authorities in handling the situation. He commended the administration’s efficiency, noting how quickly everything was managed.

Dhankhar specifically credited Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for the meticulous planning and execution of arrangements at the grand religious gathering. He said the arrangements made by the CM had gone down in history, emphasizing the state government’s commitment to ensuring a smooth and safe pilgrimage experience for millions of devotees.
