Yogi Adityanath
By A Staff Reporter
Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, addressing concerns over employment and governance, stated that before 2017, the state's recruitment processes were riddled with irregularities. He alleged that selections were influenced by discrimination, financial transactions, and political interference, which compromised fairness and transparency. This, he said, not only deprived the youth of equal opportunities but also led to a broader decline in law and order.
According to Adityanath, during the previous government's tenure, recruitment became a tool for serving political interests. He claimed that merit-based selections were obstructed, resulting in widespread frustration among young aspirants. "Youth were compelled to migrate in search of jobs, battling despair and identity crises amid nepotism and external interference," he remarked.
Highlighting his government’s response post-2017, the Chief Minister said that the recruitment boards were restructured to ensure impartiality and strict accountability. "We have made it clear that anyone found disrupting this fair recruitment process will face consequences, including accountability for their future generations," he warned.
