Government introduces 22 BH pan India registration

By A Staff Reporter: Don’t be surprised if you see a car starting with 22 BH number plate. The union transport ministry has introduced this unique form of car registration. But individuals cannot ask for such a number plate. It will only be given to company owned cars with certain riders.

The company should have a pan India presence. The idea behind allowing such a number plate is that the car can ply in any state and move interstate without changing their registrations. For example a car registered with West Bengal and having a number plate starting with WB need to change to UP registration if the car starts plying in the state on a regular basis. With this registration this issue will not arise.
