UCC: First state of the country, big message from Chief Minister

By a Staff Reporter: The UCC is being debated across the country. Various political parties opposed the central government. However, the central government feels that there is a need for UCC in the country. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami now gave a new messaige on this issue.

He said, "All the intellectuals, UCC committee and experts have collected the suggestions of more than 2.35 lakh people in the state. They have also spoken to religious and other organizations. All these suggestions are being collated. They will soon present a draft according to Uttarakhand on this issue. This will be the first state where this is being done. So, they must have kept all aspects in mind".
