Too cop lends a helping hand

In a touching gesture, a Delhi top cop donates portion of his salary to set up Helping Hand, a voluntary organisation in Delhi with branches all over the country. The versatile IPS officer, Robin Hibu, currently special police commissioner Delhi Police is a no nonsense, dynamic personality from a remote area in Arunachal Pradesh. Hibu came up the hard way, worked in various spheres and in different capacities and has dedicated his life to help persons in distress in Delhi and also to prepare future civil servants. “I wish to give something back to the society. I have almost nothing to myself,” he said. So if you are in trouble in Delhi, there is a helping hand to guide and assist you.
