By the staff reporter: The Central Government today issued an order regarding the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. This is under Section 7 and Section 8 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967. This directive will be implemented by Tehreek-e-Hurriyat, Jammu and Kashmir, all State Governments and Union Territories. It was declared as an unlawful association on 27 December 2023.
