Patna: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav on Sunday launched the Bihar Adhikar Yatra, presenting it as a movement to highlight public grievances against the state government. Addressing supporters, Yadav said that citizens were increasingly frustrated with issues such as joblessness, corruption, poverty, crime, and large-scale migration from Bihar.
“People have taken to the streets to raise their voice against the present government. They are tired of unemployment, corruption, poverty, rising crime, and migration. The people of Bihar are now in the mood for change,” he said.
The yatra, which is expected to cover multiple districts in the coming days, aims to mobilize ground-level support for the RJD ahead of the next electoral cycle. Party leaders said the initiative would focus on connecting directly with people, listening to their concerns, and projecting RJD’s vision as an alternative.
