SC extends ED director S K Mishra's term till Sept 15

BY A STAFF REPORTER: The Supreme Court has allowed ED Director SK Mishra to continue as ED director till September 15. The Central government had moved the Supreme Court seeking extension of the tenure of Enforcement Directorate Director Sanjay Kumar Mishra. 

Earlier, the central government had suffered a major setback before the Supreme Court. The apex court had termed the extension of ED director Sanjay Kumar Mishra's tenure as illegal.
