Supreme Court directs CM to move HC

By A STAFF REPORTER: Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has been arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the land scam and mining scam case. The Supreme Court has given an order in this regard. The Supreme Court has directed former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren to approach the Jharkhand High Court against the arrest of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a land related case.
