BY A STAFF REPORTER:   The accident took place on Friday on the Coromandel Express.  South Eastern Railway GM Archana Joshi will reach Balasore.  'I am coming back from Delhi.' My team of officers along with NDRF has reached the spot. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has already announced financial assistance in the wake of the train accident.
