Cyclone: So far evacuated 94,000 people from the affected areas

There is a growing fear among the people around cyclone Biparjoy. Meanwhile, NDRF Director General Atul Karwal commented on the issue. He says, "As many as 18 teams of NDRF and 12 teams of SDRF have been deployed across Gujarat. Other detailed preparations have also been made. Pregnant women have been identified and shifted to a hospital. Reserve NDRF teams have been deployed at 15 more locations across the state to reduce loss of life and property.’ Meanwhile NDRF’s IG N S Bundela told the media, "The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) is always sharing information with us. We have so far evacuated 94,000 people from the affected areas. Weak buildings, pillars and trees will be damaged due to this cyclone. We can't assess the damage right now. We have put up 15 teams at different locations for airlifts. ‘‘
