Bikaner, May 22 — Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing a large rally in Rajasthan's Bikaner, delivered a powerful rebuke to Pakistan over the April 22 terrorist attack, pledging that those responsible will face the consequences. In an emotionally charged speech, the Prime Minister praised the Indian armed forces for their rapid and decisive retaliation, while invoking powerful imagery to describe his personal resolve.

“Terrorists targeted innocents, singled them out by their religion, and wiped the sindoor from women's foreheads,” PM Modi said, referencing the attack. “But our armed forces buried them in the soil. This is a new India that does not forget or forgive terror.”

Striking a deeply symbolic tone, Modi declared, “In my veins flows not blood, but hot sindoor,” suggesting that his commitment to the nation is both passionate and sacred. He emphasized that while his demeanor is calm, his determination in matters of national security is unwavering.

The Prime Minister's remarks come as tensions remain high following India’s military response under Operation Sindoor. While Pakistan has denied involvement, India has held Islamabad accountable for supporting cross-border terrorism, a charge it has long maintained.
