Sadanand Date likely to take over as DG Maharashtra

Date, an officer of impeccable reputation is currently serving as the Director General of National Investigation Agency. The current state director general of police, Reshmi Shukla will retire in December 31. Date has served in various capacities in Maharashtra police and central police organisations.
