New Delhi: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Chief Mohan Bhagwat spoke on the spiritual essence of India's identity during a recent address, emphasizing the concept of 'Praan Shakti' as a vital force that defines the nation's consciousness and character.

"There is a need for 'Tapa,' either on a national or a personal level. There is a 'Praan Shakti' in its roots," Bhagwat remarked, urging individuals to introspect and connect with this inherent energy.

Explaining its significance, he said, "India also has a 'Praan Shakti,' which is right in front of us, but we are not able to see it. That 'praan' is there in every individual and in everything. That 'praan' was visible on January 22."

Bhagwat highlighted India's consistent responsiveness during global crises, whether involving allies or adversaries. "Whenever there is a crisis in the world, India is quick to react, irrespective of the nation being our friend or enemy. This does not happen on its own. The 'praan' behind the consciousness of India is visible. And that is the identity of India," he added.

The RSS chief’s speech underscores India's spiritual philosophy as a cornerstone of its identity, urging citizens to recognize and nurture this intrinsic vitality for the nation’s growth and resilience.
