Defence Minister Rajnath Singh paid a heartfelt tribute on the birth anniversary of Maharana Pratap, hailing him as one of the greatest heroes in Indian history. In his message, Singh praised Maharana Pratap’s unmatched courage and sacrifice in protecting the "honor, dignity, and pride" of the motherland, highlighting his role as a unifying force during one of India’s most turbulent historical periods.

“Maharana Pratap not only displayed valor and bravery in his life but also worked tirelessly to keep society united,” Singh said, acknowledging the warrior king’s enduring legacy in inspiring patriotism and integrity across generations.

Singh also commemorated the invaluable contribution of Bhamashah, the renowned philanthropist who, during a time of crisis, offered his accumulated wealth to support Maharana Pratap’s struggle. “Whenever unparalleled sacrifice, generosity, and boundless magnanimity are discussed, Bhamashah’s life will be cited as an example,” Singh remarked, emphasizing the importance of selfless service to the nation.
