Coromandle Express: Railway Minister announces financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh

BY A STAFF REPORTER: The Karmandal Express met with a major accident in Odisha's Balasore.  Union Railway Minister Ashwani Vaishnav announced an ex-gratia of Rs 10 lakh for those killed, Rs 2 lakh for those seriously injured and Rs 50,000 for those with minor injuries. So far, 100 people have been killed in the incident. The horrific incident has triggered tension across the country.
