Rahul Gandhi speaks very low-level language: BJP Leader

 Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has been in the headlines for his statement calling Prime Minister Narendra Modi a panauti. Meanwhile, EC sends notice to Rahul Gandhi for his jibe at PM Modi. Now Union Minister Pralhad Joshi says, "Rahul Gandhi is most irresponsible and speaks very low-level language. He has once again shown that he can stoop to any level...I strongly condemn the statement of Rahul Gandhi. Congress President should apologize on behalf of the party."
