Rahul Gandhi Criticises Nitish Government Over Backward Classes Policies

Patna: Congress MP and Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi criticised the Nitish Kumar government over its approach to extremely backward classes in Bihar. In a statement on social media, he questioned the administration’s actions over the past two decades, alleging neglect of this community’s welfare.

“Nitish govt didn’t do anything for betterment of extremely backward classes. Why did they not do it in the last 20 years?... They were only using people as vote bank,” Gandhi said, highlighting what he described as the government’s failure to implement effective policies for social and economic upliftment.
