Puducherry traffic: a nightmare

Traffic in Puducherry is very unplanned, unmanned and unsystematic. We did not find enough traffic policemen on road and vehicles criss crossed each other at their own sweet will. The Centre has posted Dr B Sriniwas as the director general of police to improve the overall scenario. The firebrand IPS officer who carries a massive reputation in Jammu and Kashmir has just taken over and is getting into the bottom of things.
