The commissioner of police, Bhubaneswar and Cuttack travels like an ordinary citizen, does not believe in overwhelming police presence, reaches out to the masses and yet stern and firm in his action against the criminals. Priyadarshi, known for his encounters against the criminals, believes that police should reach out to people and the simplicity should start from the top.
