Dehradun | Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Thursday announced that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the state’s silver jubilee celebrations, marking 25 years since its formation. The Chief Minister said the Prime Minister’s presence adds special significance to the milestone event and has generated great enthusiasm among the people of the state.

Speaking about the occasion, Dhami said, “This is the silver jubilee year and anniversary of our state's founding. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming here to attend our silver jubilee celebrations. The entire nation of Uttarakhand is overjoyed because the Prime Minister has a deep connection to Devbhoomi Uttarakhand, and every Uttarakhandi considers him a part of their family.”

Dhami reflected on the state’s 25-year journey, highlighting the progress achieved under successive governments and the shared pride of its citizens. “This is a 25-year journey... On such an occasion, the Prime Minister's visit is certainly bringing a special excitement to the people of Devbhoomi,” he said.
