New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate as the Chief Guest in the centenary celebrations of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) on October 1, 2025. The event will be held at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre in New Delhi at 10:30 a.m., according to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).
As part of the celebrations, Modi will release a specially designed commemorative postage stamp and coin to mark 100 years of the RSS. The release will highlight the organization’s contributions over the past century, the PMO said in its statement.
The Prime Minister is also scheduled to address the gathering, which is expected to include senior RSS functionaries, political leaders, and invited dignitaries from various fields. The centenary programme will serve as a platform to reflect on the RSS’ role since its founding in 1925 and its activities in social, cultural, and national spheres.
