Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh – Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addressing a gathering in Visakhapatnam, underlined Andhra Pradesh’s potential to drive India’s progress towards becoming a developed nation. He stressed the critical role Andhra Pradesh will play in realizing India's development aspirations, noting its immense possibilities and opportunities.
“Our Andhra Pradesh is a state of possibilities and opportunities. When these possibilities in Andhra are realized, Andhra too will become developed, and only then will India become a developed nation,” the Prime Minister said.
Modi lauded the efforts of the Andhra Pradesh government under Chandrababu Naidu for setting an ambitious target of achieving a $2.5 trillion economy by 2047 through the 'Swarna Andhra-2047' initiative. “The development of Andhra is our vision, and serving the people of Andhra is our resolve,” he added.
