Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday addressed a gathering of Air Warriors and Army personnel at Air Force Station Adampur in Punjab, delivering a powerful tribute to India’s armed forces in the wake of Operation Sindoor. In a speech infused with national pride, Modi praised the precision and swiftness of the Indian Air Force in striking terrorist targets across the border.
Quoting lines originally written for Maharana Pratap’s legendary horse Chetak — “Kaushal dikhlaya chaalo mein, Udd gaya bhayanak bhaalo mein, Nirbhik gaya vo dhaalo mein, Sarpat dauda karwalo mein” — PM Modi remarked that these lines today aptly describe India’s modern-day weaponry and defense systems.
“Our Air Force has precisely targeted terror camps in Pakistan within 20-25 minutes. Our target was clear — to strike the terror headquarters,” the Prime Minister declared to resounding applause. He emphasized that Operation Sindoor was not only a military success but also a unifying force for the nation, saying, “Our Armed Forces have boosted unity among the people of India through this operation. You have protected our borders and our pride.”
