In a significant move to bolster India’s global engagement and parliamentary diplomacy, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a meeting with Members of Parliament associated with global outreach delegations. The interaction focused on strengthening international ties, promoting dialogue with foreign think tanks, and reaffirming India’s strong stance against terrorism.

Addressing the media following the meeting, Aam Aadmi Party MP Vikramjeet Singh Sahney shared details of the deliberations. “The Prime Minister met each MP individually and sought their feedback on their international experiences and engagements. A key message conveyed by all MPs was India’s zero tolerance towards terrorism,” Sahney stated.

He further added that the Prime Minister assured the participating MPs that such engagements would continue on a regular basis. “PM Modi emphasized the importance of maintaining active channels of communication with global partners. He said that international friendship forums would be established and think tanks from various countries would be invited to India for open dialogue and collaboration,” Sahney noted.
