PM Modi Congratulates Sudha Murthy On Rajya Sabha Nominations

BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a significant development, Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Sudha Murthy for being nominated for the Rajya Sabha Elections and commended her achievements in various fields on 8th March, Friday 

Taking it to his X handle, PM Modi emphasized that Murthy's contributions in various fields including social work, philanthropy, and education have been immense and inspiring. PM Modi further affirmed that Sudha Murthy's presence in Rajya Sabha is a powerful testament to our 'Naari Shakti' (women empowerment).

Sudha Murthy, 73, is renowned for her contribution to English and Kannada literature. Moreover, she retired as the chairman of Infosys Foundation on 31st December last year.
