BY A STAFF REPORTER: At least 15 people were killed when a tourist boat capsized in Kerala's Malappuram district, police said on Sunday. The incident took place near Tanur in Malappuram. Prime Minister Narendra Modi offered his condolences to the families of the deceased. He announced an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh from the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund (PMNRF) for the victims.
