Tamil Nadu Minister V Senthil K Balaji was arrested by the ED yesterday in connection with a money laundering case. Meanwhile, ahead of the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections, such incidents have created a huge sensation in the state politics. Meanwhile, TMC MP Saugata Roy has commented on this matter.  MP says, ‘It's totally wrong how Enforcement Directorate is being misused.’ 

Tamil Nadu heavyweight minister Senthil Balaji was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with a money laundering case. Meanwhile, the state government is angry over the incident. Tamil Nadu Law Minister S Raghupathi has come out in support of the incident. "Senthil Balaji was targeted and tortured. The ED questioned him for 24 hours. This is completely against human rights. The ED has to be accountable to the people and the court. ‘
