Congress president writes a letter to PM Modi

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the rail accident in Odisha's Balasore. In that letter Kharge written that, ‘‘Law enforcement agencies cannot set accountability on technical matters. The CBI wants to investigate the crime, not to investigate the train accident. Neither the CBI nor any other law enforcement agency can determine accountability for technical, institutional and political failures. It is unfortunate that the people in charge, especially Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, do not want to admit that there is a problem. "
