Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has emphasized the evolving nature of warfare, stating that today’s battles are no longer confined to traditional borders but have expanded into new domains like cyber, space, information, and psychological warfare.

“Now wars are not only fought on borders, but battles are also being waged on cyber, space, information, and psychological fronts,” Singh said, highlighting the complexity of modern security challenges.

Speaking on the need for comprehensive preparedness, the Defence Minister underlined that physical strength alone is no longer sufficient for today’s soldiers. “In such a scenario, it has become essential that our soldiers are mentally extremely strong as well,” he asserted.
