Muzaffarpur, Bihar: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK president MK Stalin on Tuesday participated in the ‘Voter Adhikar Yatra’ in Muzaffarpur, where he addressed a large gathering of supporters. During his speech, Stalin highlighted the political significance of Bihar and paid tribute to the legacy of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Lalu Prasad Yadav.

“I have travelled 2,000 kilometres to meet you all,” Stalin said, adding that social justice and secularism had become synonymous with Lalu Prasad Yadav’s political journey. He recalled the close bond between his father, late DMK leader M. Karunanidhi, and Lalu Prasad, describing both as leaders who shaped national politics.

Despite the legal and political challenges faced by Lalu Prasad Yadav, Stalin said he remained “one of the tallest leaders of the country.” He also expressed confidence in Tejashwi Yadav, calling him a leader who was carrying forward his father’s vision and path.

Referring to the political developments of recent weeks, Stalin noted, “The entire nation is watching only Bihar since last one month. This is Bihar’s strength, this is Rahul Gandhi’s strength, this is Tejashwi’s strength.”
