Prayagraj: The Maghi Purnima Snan, one of the significant bathing rituals leading up to Maha Kumbh 2025, was conducted smoothly at Triveni Sangam, with law and order well-maintained, said Prayagraj District Magistrate Ravindra Kumar Mandar.

Speaking on the arrangements, DM Mandar stated, "Our entire administration and police teams, along with the cooperation of devotees, ensured that the bathing ritual was conducted in an orderly manner. There were no large crowds at railway stations, and devotees were able to enter and leave the city seamlessly through various modes of transport."

Maghi Purnima marks an important day in the Hindu calendar, with thousands of devotees gathering at the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and mythical Saraswati rivers to take a holy dip. The Prayagraj administration had implemented extensive measures, including traffic regulation, crowd control, and security deployment, to facilitate a hassle-free pilgrimage experience.
