In an exclusive interview with ANM News, Lord Ranger highlighted India’s progress across multiple sectors. Since 1947, India has faced numerous challenges, including wars and security threats such as the Chinese invasion in 1962 and conflicts in Kashmir, yet it has emerged resilient. He noted key achievements, including the Green Revolution, a robust space program, and a strong defence force. India is now the fourth-largest economy globally, growing steadily at around 7% annually, and its rapidly expanding population and market continue to drive development.

Lord Ranger also emphasized India’s global contributions. The country sends the largest number of peacekeeping forces to the United Nations, produces life-saving vaccines, and leads in IT, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, and the film industry. He praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership for elevating India’s global standing, exemplified by the recent free trade agreement with the United Kingdom, and for galvanizing the Indian diaspora across more than 100 countries, reinforcing India’s position as a global superpower.
