By a staff reporter: Mizoram to organise polls in a single phase on November 7. Now it has come up with a new chief minister face in Lalduhoma of the Zoram People’s Movement (ZPM). Since 1987, when Mizoram had first Assembly election, the state had only two faces from two parties, Lal Thanhwala from the Congress and Zoramathanga of the Mizo National Front (MNF).
