In a show of patriotic unity and support for the Indian armed forces, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar, and several state Cabinet Ministers led a Tiranga Yatra rally in Bengaluru on Wednesday. The event, organized by the Congress party, comes amid heightened India-Pakistan tensions following India’s cross-border strikes under “Operation Sindoor.”

Waving the national flag and chanting slogans in support of the armed forces, thousands of Congress workers and citizens marched through the streets of Bengaluru. The rally was intended as a message of national solidarity and respect for the military’s actions in response to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26 civilians in Jammu and Kashmir.
