Change in SC verdict, Justice Ganguly will hear recruitment scam cases

The Supreme Court's verdict on Justice Abhijit Ganguly has come to the Calcutta High Court on Friday. The verdict was posted on the Supreme Court's website. Now there are some changes in the verdict. The Supreme Court has ruled to change judges in only two cases of primary recruitment scam case. Justice Abhijit Ganguly was removed from only two cases. Earlier, justice Ganguly was removed from all cases of primary recruitment scam. He was already monitoring the cases on which he had ordered a CBI probe. Those old cases remain in his possession.
