Assam: Injured are now in stable condition

Health & Family Welfare minister of Meghalaya visited the victims of a gas blast at Keating Road yesterday afternoon, the 01st October 2023 at approximately 2 PM.

 3 permanent residents of Barpetta Assam were injured with approximately 10% to 40% burns.

Of the injured, one patient with slightly higher burn wounds was referred to Guwahati yesterday and 2 others will be referred to Barpetta later today.

The 2 patients in Civil Hospital in Shillong are in stable condition and fit to be transported to a higher facility and home town of the injured.
